She has over 12 years of experience in producing Affirmative Action Plans which meet (OFCCP) regulations; as well as responding to client inquiries on all aspects of Affirmative Action, Department of Labor audits, policies & processes. Ms. Oliva spent several years in Human Resources with a variety of industries and small business to fortune 500 companies.
Suzanne’s background includes specialized experience with Executive Order 11246 & Title VII; Employment Law & Compliance; E-Verify, EEO-1 Reports, Vets-100/100A Reports, audit of I-9 program, communicating code of ethics, ethical employment practices, organizational effectiveness, & insuring compliance with labor relations, & workplace law. Ms. Oliva has valuable experience in training and has been the consultant to multiple employers through compliance audits and corporate management reviews.
